Was recommended Steve and we were incredibly happy with all of the work that he did. The communication from the offset was really impressive, photo and video updates asking for feedback and asking our preferences. Brad managed the job and his (and his teams) workmanship was excellent, can really tell that they pride themselves on the quality of the quality of their work. We made some changes along the way which they were happy to accommodate. The pictures below show the work. If we were going to undertake work at our house again I would definitely go back to Steve and the team. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Steve and his team recently completed some work to unblock some of my air vents following damp issues and also redecorated the affected rooms. Excellent work, very pleased with the results.

Steve and his team ( Brad, Chris, Owen, Tom, Harry, Rikki, Paul) were brilliant - we have had numerous jobs completed by them- groundworks, conversions, roofing, internal decorating- carpentry- plumbing. EVERY job was completed to a very high standard- nothing was too much trouble, even when hit with a problem- the team found solutions. would highly recommend and we shall definitely be using Steve and His Team again

We used Steve for our double garage conversion and house renovation. Prior to purchasing our house we looked around for a local builder and Steve had the most recommendations so we bought him along to view a property with us to get his opinion as we had never done a renovation before and we were both really happy and went ahead and booked Steve.
Steve was so helpful throughout every stage of the planning and works. He gave us really useful information and helped us with ideas as we went along. We can honestly say it ran so smoothly without and problems ,being kept up to date throughout. The entire team were brilliant and the finished result speaks for itself. Steve & the team converted our single garage (attached garage conversion) into an office/playroom with utilities for washer/dryer. In addition, we opted to have the front of our existing property re-rendered to match the garage.
Emma & I could not recommend Steve Rolt Home Improvements highly enough. The communication all the way from initial enquiry through to completion of the build was impeccable & having them on site was a pleasure.
Jim, Henry & Neil as well as all subcontractors (plasterers, gas engineers/plumbers & electricians) were transparent, clean, polite & courteous. The communication from/between all trades involved left us at ease throughout the project.

I'd have no hesitation in recommending Steve Rolt to anyone looking for a competent and professional building contractor. We had a number of quotes for our extension project and whilst Steve's wasn't the lowest, he provided the most comprehensive and professional estimate and changes were handled very clearly. The project was delivered smoothly and Steve's communication was excellent throughout. Above all he has a great team of tradesmen who were all a pleasure to have on site.
